As a young girl with a Scottish heritage, that grew up in Australia, and endearingly nicknamed 'Poppet' by my late father, I discovered early on that I had a profound love for the old-world era and a natural curiosity about ingredients. I've always been drawn to heritage-style pieces and fascinated to a time when things were made with greater care, craftsmanship and intention. The elegance of the 1920s, where quality mattered more than quantity and everyday rituals felt special, which became a source of inspiration for what Poppet & Co. would become.

At its heart, Poppet & Co. was born from
my life-long interest in learning about women’s health, which naturally led me to pursue my studies in a Bachelor of Medical Science (Nutrition), Dermal Science and Nursing. After working with women for over 15 years across Australia and the United Kingdom, it led me to a deep understanding of women’s core foundational needs and the unique journey we experience through every stage of womanhood. I believe our hormones, skin, nutrition, and both physical and emotional wellbeing are deeply interconnected, and each area and life stage deserves to be met with intention and care.

As women, we are constantly evolving, often over giving while moving through seasons of life, which slowly impacts our nervous system and body to the point we stop recognising ourselves. Like many women, I have navigated periods of emotional distress, hormonal shifts, skin and body changes, personal life challenges, healing, and growth. Throughout these experiences, I came to understand how profoundly our wellbeing can influence the way we feel, function, and show up in the world, and with each new version of ourselves, it is vital to feel supported and deeply cared for during these transitions.

During my own search to feel more myself again, after struggling with hormonal imbalances and a thyroid autoimmune condition, I found myself drawn to ingredients, rituals, and formulations that could genuinely support women's health from the inside and out and felt a strong intuitive pull to share my findings and knowledge with other women, and so, Poppet & Co. was born.

Over the years, my work within wellness spaces, plastic surgeries and women's health clinics, has given me the privilege of helping thousands of women better understand their bodies, hormones, skin, and overall wellbeing. Poppet & Co. is the natural evolution of that experience - a thoughtfully curated collection of wellness supplements, skincare and education designed to help women feel understood, nourished, supported and beautiful.

It is my hope that you see a little of yourself in Poppet & Co. and that it gently reminds you, just how worthy of love, care and support you truly are.
