You’ll soon receive a shipping notification once your order has been placed and again notified when it’s on its way to you. At this stage a delivery time of up to 10 business days is likely – however, please be aware that further delays of a few business days are possible with Australia Post. Please rest assure that our team and distribution partners are working hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Dispatchment time-frame?

All orders placed by 7am will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after this will be processed and shipped the next business day.

Out of stock item?

All out of stock items will be show as ‘out of stock’ on the website and generally will not enable to add to cart. However we will always let you know the minute a product comes back into stock via Instagram and Facebook so make sure you follow us @poppet_co_womenswellness. Please also note, if a component of your order is out of stock we will generally hold your order and ship once the complete order is ready for dispatch unless you instruct us otherwise.

Refunds policy

Poppet & Co will replace any products that arrive damaged within a 30 day period of notification from purchase date, provided a photo of the unopened damaged item has been emailed to hello@poppetcowellness.com.au with a description, original order number and name provided to enable our team to process a replacement or refund for you upon receiving the damaged item. We unfortunately do not refund change of mind purchases. Please see our full Returns Policy page for more information.

How will purchases been seen on my bank statement?

Purchases will appear as “POPPET & CO” on your credit card statement.

Will multiple items be shipped together?

If all the items you ordered are showing as in stock on the website then they will ship together as one parcel or 1 of 2 labelled clearly for postal deliveries.

Do you share my details with third parties?

Absolutely not. Your information will never be passed on accept to enable Australia Post to effectively provide postal services upon collection and delivery of your purchased orders directly to you.

What payment methods does Poppet & Co accept?

Poppet & Co uses WooCommerce Payments through which you can purchase using Visa & Mastercard. We also accept PayPal and Afterpay.

Do you ship internationally?

Poppet & Co currently ship within Australia and NZ however will be shipping internationally in 2023.
